Kevin Wall is a second-generation owner of the Wall Family Enterprise together with his brothers and sisters, and is an elected member of the three member Family Council which together with three independent directors votes controlling stock in the Enterprise.

Mr. Wall has been active in real estate investment, finance, mergers, and acquisitions with a variety of firms over the last 20 years since earning his Masters degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Finance at the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Currently, Mr. Wall owns and operates American Property Capital, LLC, a real estate finance and software development consultancy in Marblehead, Massachusetts. He also serves on the Investment Subcommittee of the Board of Directors of Wall Family Enterprise.

As stewards to three, third-generation family members, Kevin and his wife are committed to growing strong, independent, third-generation owners through sustained reinvestment in the passions of their grandfather: skiing, sailing, and maybe later, even business.
